    Keep in mind that even after you have prepared your house for sale, there are the smaller items to do when it’s show time.  Again, we will provide you with a checklist that will assist you in making sure your home is showing at it’s best!
  • Details, details, details…
    Pay attention to the smallest of details in your home now.  A potential buyer will notice the small things that you find it easy to overlook such as a leaky faucet, loose doorknobs, a loose railing, burnt out light bulbs, etc.
